Charlie Dimmock loves the outdoors and the expert tips offered by BBC.Ground Force veteran and garden expert, the former Ground Force star, opened up about the many benefits of gardening, no matter what level you have. Charlie spoke at the Garden Press Event 2018 and stated that it was not just the physical aspect of the event, but also the mental [beneficial]. Because the work you do is repetitive, it’s possible to be productive and not think about it. Your brain will wander and you can just focus on what you are doing.

It’s obvious that the presenter is an accomplished professional, with her involvement on Ground Force alongside Tommy Walsh, Alan Titchmarsh and current work on Garden Rescue together with the Rich Brothers. The presenter admitted, however, that she does not always have the time or the knowledge to manage her outdoor space.
